Nos dieron servicio de transporte hasta la habitación y destaco el buen servicio de mohamed mahfouz. Muy atento y cuidadoso con nuestro equipaje.

I booked a room for my employee who had to fly from Sharm El Sheikh to Moscow. I made a non-refundable reservation, the employee arrived at the border terminal and the Egyptian authorities refused to let her enter the country because her passport was not valid for long enough. I contacted the hotel and informed them, and although they did not have to, they refunded my money. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed, making me feel truly welcome. The amenities were excellent, offering everything I could ask for to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Este complejo de 5 estrellas está situado en plena playa y en el centro de la plaza SOHO, y ofrece un exuberante entorno tropical, habitaciones lujosas con TV vía satélite, 5 piscinas e instalaciones... Su ubicacion.. todo muy cerca y muy bonito.. Repetiría nuevamente mi estancia en este lugar.
