I booked a room for my employee who had to fly from Sharm El Sheikh to Moscow. I made a non-refundable reservation, the employee arrived at the border terminal and the Egyptian authorities refused to let her enter the country because her passport was not valid for long enough. I contacted the hotel and informed them, and although they did not have to, they refunded my money. We were vegetarians and the staff made sure we were comfortable and prepared vegetarian cuisines for us. They also went out of the way to clarify which food contained meat or not. Also, preventing the staff from using vessels of meat for our cuisines. It was a great support !!

I had no trouble getting to the hotel. Even though I arrived early in the morning, the staff was very attentive and invited me to breakfast at no extra charge. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed for personal comfort.
