Excellent service from Leeds and Terrence when ATM kept my card, they helped me to get it back from the bank. Great food even Western style food at buffet. Shuttle to Canton fair free and also to airport terminals. Very friendly staff, they all do try their best to assist in English. Will definitely stay here again.

The general hotel decoration is average. The room is very large. If possible, I want more non-smoking rooms. And the hotel does not have a minibar. I can go to the front desk to buy things, which is very inconvenient for me. Breakfast is very simple.

Great place to book if you have a long transit time. We were able to check in early which was amazing. The shuttle bus was easy to organise - we ask the help desk staff to call the hotel for us. Spacious room with everything you need plus air con. Restaurant downstairs is also very good and decent prices.
