I really appreciated the porter at the front entrance who helped me with my luggage when I arrived and when I left as I was recovering from a broken arm. Room service and the food was excellent! Sign in and out was fast and the staff at the front desk where courteous. I was also travelling with my little dog and she absolutely loved her bed and dog dishes. What a lovely surprise to have her welcomed like that when I stepped into my room!

I am so happy I met Viviane and got to stay at Royalty air bnb. In the few hours I spent there, she simply lit up the room and did so much to help me feel at home. After a wonderful breakfast, she even offered to take me and three other guests to the ferry for a more than reasonable fee to continue our great conversations. I had a fantastic stay in the booked room. The spacious layout was impressive, and the amenities like shampoo, soaps, a hair dryer, and a TV made it incredibly convenient. Best service. when we arrived late in the winter night due to flight delay. The front desk staff had offered to offset my transport from the airport as shuttle no longer available. He also immediately offered me additional bottle water without me asking knowing that we were all exhausted after a long delay.

    Very expensive. Especially the restaurants. Area was ok.

    Very expensive. Especially the restaurants. Area was ok. It was a reasonable ride to Vancouver, not far from the airport. We felt safe in the area where Sandman is. We used Uber to get to the cruise and the hotel shuttle fir the airport. I was surprised they didn't have a shuttle for the cruise ships even if they charged.

    Wonderful area. Clean, beautiful.

    Wonderful area. Clean, beautiful. Close to Steveston Waterfront. You do need a car, but there are so many excellent restaurants and things to do. We enjoyed walking along the waterfront, and the Britannia Shipyards was a must see.
