As a woman traveling alone, feeling safe is really important, and I couldn’t have felt more secure and at ease during my time here. The hospitality was genuine and heartfelt, and every little detail made it clear that my comfort mattered to them. Also, their dog was absolutely adorable – such a sweet companion! I would happily stay again and highly recommend it to others.

The kids loved it. A beautiful area, well kept inside and out. The rooms were comfortable and spotless with everything you need. The staff were really friendly and helpful, giving us great tips for places to see.

Conveniently located at the junction of the eastern and western Gros Morne access. About 25 min drive to Rocky Harbor and 30 min to Tableland. Definitely would recommend this place.

It's a two and a half hour drive from the ferry, that means a perfect location for the first night after arrival in Portes aux basques. Stephen was a fantastic, attentive host. Nico, the thoughtful dog, is a very friendly creature! The view from the deck is awesome. A jacuzzi is available. The bed was the best we ever had in Canada. The breakfast Stephen prepared for us was incredible. Altogether a hidden gem!
