1. Location is quite near to the nearest grocery shop called Cannington Fresh Market. 2. Able to cook in the apartment and save money as eating out here can be expensive. 3. Host is responsive to message on Booking.com apps as we encountered leaking pipe on the kitchen sink during our first day. 4. Host is accountable and wanted to send someone to fix the pipe issue, but we have alternatives for that as there is also another sink on the laundry area. 5. The apartment really feels like our home when we stay here.
