We only stayed for one night, but our experience was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff. What really stood out was the attention to detail throughout the hotel—it’s clear they go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. The rooms were super clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also had a great view from our room, adding to the experience. Another big plus was the secure parking with well-organized spaces, giving us peace of mind about our car’s safety. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely return!

It was great! we arrived truly late in the night after 23:00… contactless check in was perfect and easy for us! Rooftop with view, new facilities, nice service, quiet building and location! Also it is positive that is next to you there are bus stop, market, bakery and gas station!

Everything was perfect! Especially good if you are travelling with kids! Everyone on the staff is very friendly and helpful, and they really know how to receive little guests. Their barn is also awesome! Breakfast delicious! Highly recommend!

My stay at MyQuartier City Chalets was exceptional! The check-in process was quick and easy, and the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and modern. The location couldn't be better—there's a bus stop right in front of the chalet, making it super convenient to explore the city.     I loved the beauty of Innsbruck and the friendly, kind locals. There was a wine festival and the atmosphere was wonderful with local musicians dressed in Tyrolean outfits and playing delightful music. The shops were great with many beautiful, well-made things to buy. It was delightful to walk into the old town by the river and the water was a gorgeous teal colour. Also drinking water is very pure and does not have fluoride which was a bonus. I was so taken with Innsbruck that I can’t wait to return.

    Unexpected great discovery.

    Unexpected great discovery. Visited in August and had an amazing experience, walking around the city and exploring nature around. Came by car from Luxembourg, roads were great, and not extremely busy. There are many hiking and biking trails with different degrees of difficulty just around the city, if traveling with small children, elder people or just don’t feel like walking up to the mountains, take the Nordkettenbahnen cable car from the city centre (c. 50 euros to the top), totally worth it. For some cultural activity, I recommend trying the Ambras castle. Just walking around the city and interacting with people was a great experience.
