I arrived very late due to the traffic in Kampala, but it was not a problem, the staff were expecting me and were very helpful, I arrived at 1.30am but the reception had 24 hour service so I was greeted by a staff member on my arrival..The breakfast was very good also, great variety. The hotel was very close to the airport, and they provided a shuttle to the airport the next day, which was all very smooth and efficient.

Everything was great during our stay. The staff was accommodating for our late arrival (evening traffic coming from Kampala is insane) and made us food at 9:30pm. We had an early evening flight the following day and they gave us a late checkout at no charge. Which was so much appreciated. Can’t guarantee they will always accommodate this but even so they mention you can stay in the common areas until you have to leave. The maintenance guy did a wonderful job keeping the pool and grounds clean. Food was fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this for your arrival or pre departure nights. Great place to soak up the sun before heading to the cold north.
