Makram, the Assistant Manager, demonstrated outstanding dedication and professionalism. His efforts in helping us navigate logistical challenges were delivered with a reassuring smile and a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless. Souhail, the Head of Reception, stood out for his meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach. His commitment to meeting all guest needs significantly elevated our overall experience, making us feel both valued and cared for. Rahma, the Public Relations representative, showed extraordinary support and kindness. Her prompt and efficient follow-ups on our requests further enhanced our satisfaction and contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their team, including Bilal, Wafa, Eman, Donia, Hakim, Motasim, Qousai, Jalal, Chadi, and Ibrahim, delivered an extraordinary dining experience. The quality and quantity of the food served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were exceptional, on par with a 7-star hotel standard. Their attentiveness and commitment to excellence made each meal a delightful highlight of our day. Special thanks to Chef Najeeb, who treated us like family and ensured all our dining requests were met with the utmost care. His personal attention and dedication made our meals not just delicious but also heartwarming. Additionally, the waiter Jalal deserves specific recognition for his friendly demeanor and sense of humor. His professionalism and efficient way of ensuring our table was always available made our dining experiences feel personal and very homely. The front office reception staff, Hadi and Hadeel, were exceptionally supportive, providing all necessary paperwork and assistance with meticulous follow-up.

Contando con balcón con vista al mar, un jardín y una terraza, Dar Marrakech Apartment Sousse se ubica en Hammam Sousse, cerca de Thalassa Sousse Beach y a 4.7 km de El Kantaoui Golf Course. very good location near evrything , good standard in whole appartment ,as well the kitchen , very beautiful decoration ,art , design, the appartment has a reservoir of weater when the weater cut in the public so you have weater for you so dont have a problem untill the weater public be back i think is a problem for whole tunisia not only sousse city the place is safe , quiet and well equipped , the satff in your hand if you need anyhelp i do highly recommend it to anyone

Ubicado en Susa, a 6 minutos a pie de Bou Jaafar, Hotel Marhaba Club tiene hospedaje con una alberca al aire libre por temporada, estacionamiento privado de cortesía, un jardín y una zona de playa... Estancia perfecta. El personal es súper majo, la comida rica y bastante variada. Nos cambiaron a una suite con vistas al mar por sorpresa. No te ponen problemas si necesitas entrar al hotel antes o irte después de la hora como fue nuestro caso. La zona de hamacas de la playa súper tranquila, la piscina no tanto… Repetiría sin dudarlo!

Nice and clean rooms, comfortable sleep. The lawn and outdoor area was perfect, tidy and fresh, well taken care of, the gardening team are doing a very good job. The lighting at night is perfect. The activities and animation were also good. And a very nice surprise, there's an actual gym with weights and everything else you need, make sure to bring your gym shoes, they don't allow you to go in flip-flops. The food was good, and the manager of the hotel was doing his best to keep residents satisfied. The guests are also good and calm, no problems at all.
