Setting views of the window. The most incredible Scandinavian breakfast I’ve ever had. The food is locally sourced and clearly labeled. Huge variety to choose from. You can make your own waffles.

Situated in the heart of Umeå, Elite Hotel Mimer faces the Twin Towns Park and the main commercial pedestrian street. Guests have free WiFi along with free access to a sauna and fitness centre. The location was good, the room was beautiful, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Extremely quiet in the room, it felt like we were the only ones there. Breakfast was nice. We have stayed in a few different hotels in Umeå and this is by far our favourite.

U&me hotel is located in the center of Umeå, just 50 meters from the Umeälv. The contemporary furnished rooms all have a fantastic view of the city or the river. We loved the view from our room on the 11th floor looking directly over the river. The whole design of the room was excellent, we especially loved the bed having a direct view through the window. The room was not big but it was very functional. There was excellent choice of foods at breakfast. We mannaged to find a parking spot on a public parking between the hotel and the river for a low price (free during the night). We would definitely stay here again.
