A recently renovated property, Sokcho Summitbay 1701 "Ocean View" is set in Sokcho near Lighthouse Beach, Sokcho Culture Center and Yeongnangho. The location was perfect!!! The view was extremely nice for this amount of money. Also, we did not see any staff because of the convenient self check-in, but the staff sent very kind messages and explained very well. The facilities in the room left nothing to wish for, everything you need is there. We had a perfect stay!

The bathroom was so modern and very clean. It had a big shower which is a rare find in korea haha. You also got a delicious breakfast and the guy at the desk is super nice and helpful :) if i come back to sokcho this is the hotel i will go to

The location was perfect and the views were amazing. It was easy to walk to various things: restaurants, cafes, the market, etc. Everyone we talked to in the hotel was very friendly.

Located at the heart of 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic site, Skybay Gyeongpo Hotel is just within a short stroll of Lake Gyeongpo and Gyeongpo Beach. This hotel was really great – located right on the beach with good transport connections. There was even a direct bus from there to the famous BTS stop, about an hour away. The staff were kind, and the facilities were very nice. I was honestly surprised by how low the price was compared to the quality. While I didn’t have an ocean view, I had a beautiful view of the lake on the other side – also very scenic, especially at night when the city lights reflected on the water. The room was beautiful, the bed very comfortable, and it was well-equipped. I would be happy to come back.
