A recently renovated property, Sokcho Summitbay 1701 "Ocean View" is set in Sokcho near Lighthouse Beach, Sokcho Culture Center and Yeongnangho. This is a wonderful accommodation option for a few nights. The studio unit fronts overlooks the beach, and as such, receives direct morning sun. The unit is fully equipped for a long stay, with great toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner) and both a washing machine and dryer. The kitchenette is small, but functional, with limited utensils, and a full fridge/freezer. With the location being beach-front, you have direct access to a range of restaurants (best of all is Hollys Cafe, which serves breakfast/lunch/dinner starting at 8am). There is an electric bike station just metres from the front door, however, if you want normal bikes, the nearest option is one of the rental agencies 2km away at the inland lake (which is a great place to bike around as it is closed to traffic). We loved our time here, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for anyone wanting a quality stay!

Featuring 2-star accommodation, Sokcho Business Hotel CAMEL is set in Sokcho, 5.5 km from Daepo Port and 5.6 km from Seorak Waterpia. The hotel is amazing and definitely deserves more stars. The bathroom was so modern and very clean. It had a big shower which is a rare find in korea haha. You also got a delicious breakfast and the guy at the desk is super nice and helpful :) if i come back to sokcho this is the hotel i will go to

The stay is comfortable and relaxing, big room and nice view, nearby bus stations leads you to all the places we want to go, Mountain National park, Sokcho Beach and express bus station..... The hotel is also close to the tourism and fishery market and many attractions around. We found the area is quiet and secure, Sokcho is one our best travel memories during our 10 day itinerary in South Korea. So we are confident to recommend the hotel to all Booking.com travelers.
