I liked everything about the hotel, I have nothing but praise for the professionalism and curtesy of the staff, I did a lot of research for booking my holiday in Phnom Penh as this was my first visit. I most certainly made the right choice. The room was amazing with a wonderful view of the pool and Royal Palace exactly as advertised. The breakfast was exceptional with choices to suit any palate. The pool was fantastic and maintained to a very high standard, there are too many positives to list. This will not be my last stay at the Palace Gate Hotel and would highly recommend this hotel.

There’s a tube coffee beside the hotel and we enjoyed the Cambodian brand’s coffee with riverside view. Very happy and satisfied with this hotel and proud of my wisdom choice.

Was amazed how beautiful and attention to detail this hotel has. Also had cute xmas spirit which was nice. Great decorations! Room was absolutely stunning. Super attentive staff.
