Room is comfortable and the free drive back to the station to avoid the climb with the suitcases was very helpful. Will be looking to come again.

They even had refreshments when we arrived at the house! The house was absolutely gorgeous and if the weather is clear has an incredible view of Fuji. The beds were comfortable and there's even a bathtub available for use. The AC was also American-cold which we really appreciated. Really couldn't recommend it more!

Perfect solution for couples that want to share this experience with each other. Additional thanks to the hotel stuff! They are extremely patient, tactful, lolire and professional. Without them the experience would not be so purely japanese!

The staff were phenomenal. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had a private onsen room and it was such a lovely room. I look forward to staying there again!
