Even if there was a language barrier, every staff member had a translator, ensuring smooth communication. I would confidently recommend this hotel to my family and colleagues.

Henn na Hotel Maihama Tokyo Bay is situated in Tokyo, 1.5 km from Tokyo Disneyland and 2.2 km from Tokyo DisneySea. close to disney, caught a bus or did a 20 min walk. the dino robots were so cool and a highlight of my trip to japan! easy to contact human staff when i needed to store luggage for the day and they were friendly, quick and helpful. rooms were spacious and comfy and very clean and had a lawsons across the road which was nice. would 100% stay here again!
