We were upgraded at no extra charge, the rooms were spotlessly clean, beds so comfortable, location and view outstanding. When we were too tired to go out and get dinner Abdul ordered us in local food ensuring we paid local prices. He did our laundry for us and always had a smile with no catch. We can not rate this hotel highly enough predominantly because of the outstanding kindness and humbleness of Abdul Tunis - thankyou my friend for making an otherwise ordinary stay extraordinay

The apartment was so nice with everything we needed. They provided parking space for our car as well. I had a wonderful stay at Hadrian's Arch Hotel in Jerash. The hotel is located right in front of the Arch of Hadrian, which is one of the most impressive Roman ruins in the world. The hotel is also within walking distance of the Jerash Archaeological Site, so it's the perfect place to stay if you're interested in history and archaeology. I booked the whole apartment, which has 4 big rooms and can accommodate up to 10 qpeople. The apartment was spacious and clean, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The owner, Mr. Jamal, was very polite and humble. He was always available to help us with anything we needed. He also gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Jerash. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Hadrian's Arch Hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jerash.

The place is perfect! The view is so good and the bed is so comfy. The house has a warm shower too. The owner is very friendly and offered to drive me to the bus station. 10/10 recommend!!!
