An epitome of grandeur, Taj City Centre New Town, Kolkata, is the Hallmark of Urban Hospitality. As soon as you enter, you’re engulfed with peace and calm. We were greeted with wreaths of flowers and a welcome gift awaited us in our room. The suite was very large and clean. After everything we had experienced in other cities in India, this hotel is a luxurious oasis of well-being. We had a good laugh when we even found a second toilet after an hour. That's how big the suite was! I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely book this hotel again when I come back to Kolkata.

When I left some items at the hotel after departure, the staff tried to do everything they could to contact me. I didn't see it until later but when I contacted the hotel they sent me what I had forgotten in the mail. I am very grateful and would recommend this hotel either as a base for exploring northern West Bengal and Siliguri or as preparation for a journey further up the Chicken's neck.

We stayed at this property for five nights and it was a nice experience, it is located right in the heart of the city which made commute very convenient, park street is just a five minute cab ride away, property is quite insulated from outside noise which is important. Property comes with all amenities that one would need for a longer stay - kitchen, fridge, ironing facility, air conditioning, car parking, 24*7 security and laundry facility (on payment basis). It was clean and had bedspace for four people. Arun Malik is an excellent host, he was very responsive, we wanted some help regarding commute and shopping; he gave inputs which turned out really helpful. Will highly recommend this property.
