She prepared the most delicious breakfast we had during our long stay in different Zagorian villages (fresh home made pies, pastries, her own variety of jams…). The room was huge and very comfortable. The garden of the property is also amazing for a morning coffee. It was exactly what we needed after a long hike, and we will definitely come back!

And as I am on a gluten free diet, I really very much appreciated the gluten free bread for breakfast - thank you very much! The hosts were so hospitable and helpful, it was really a great stay :)

Hotel Machalas is a large complex of apartments. It is located in Kipoi village which is in central Zagori. The complex’s traditional architecture is based on wood and hand-hewn stone. We loved the location, decor, and ambiance of this jewel in the mountains. It’s an excellent spot to see several bridges within walking distance and to use as a base for driving to see other towns and bridges. The owners are lovely people who also have a restaurant across the street that offers dishes from the area. It will remain one of our fondest memories of Greece.

Housed in an impressive stone-built mansion, Aberratio Boutique Hotel is only steps from Aristi’s main square. Spacious furnished lounges with fireplace, a restaurant and a bar are featured. Beautiful picturesque building, with excellent views to the mountains and serene sounds from nature. The host was genuinely nice and welcoming and always available for anything we asked for. Excellent value for money choice. Handmade choices for breakfast.

The owners are very friendly and nice people, they really take care of their guests. The location of the hotel was super convenient. We had a wonderful two-night stay at Giagia Evgenia in the beautiful Epirus mountains of Greece. The accommodation itself is a charming, well-kept building with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfectly matching the surrounding landscape. Our host was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making us feel right at home. The views are simply stunning, and we loved being within walking distance of local restaurants while still enjoying the peace of the mountains. Just a 15-minute drive brought us to the breathtaking panorama of Vikos Gorge. The nearby villages, rich in ancient traditions, made the experience truly unforgettable.
