Super friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic food, excellent location. Local train station across the road, we went into Oban, very scenic rail journey Kilchurn castle and St Conan's Kirk are both nearby and a must see. All in all a brilliant 2 night stay.

Providing sea views, Boat House Super Suites in Rothesay provides accommodation and a garden. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. Very comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean. Fantastic shower and television! A wonderful stay.

Situated in Luss in the Argyll & Bute Region, 38 km from Glasgow, Culag Lochside Self Catering features views of the mountains. Free private parking is available on site. Patrick, the owner, went beyond being hospitable. Attention to detail was excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. The grounds are on loch lomond periphery with outstanding views of the loch. There is a walkway the whole way to the beautiful village of Luss and the hotel The Lodge on The Lough. We couldn't recommend it highly enough. Thank you Patrick.

Luss Cottages at Glenview offers self-catering accommodation located in Luss, only a 2-minute walk from the shores of Loch Lomond. A private terrace and barbecue facilities feature in the garden. Breakfast and other meals at the Village Rest Restaurant were excellent. The hosts and staff were all very helpful and friendly. The property is in very good order and kept clean. There are 3 garden benches in gardens around the property and a private decking area to the rear with tables & chairs.

Offering a restaurant, 24-hours room service and a spa, Isle of Eriska Hotel Spa & Island is set in 300 acres of lush landscapes in Oban. Lovely spa facilities, so relaxing and very well maintained spa. I had a massage which was fantastic. The therapist was lovely and friendly. The gentleman at the spa reception also explained everything so well and made sure we had everything we needed. We had booked a cottage with a hot tub too which was excellent. The food in the restaurant was absolutely phenomenal and cooked to perfection. We were also offered some complimentary champagne on arrival as it was a special occasion which was much appreciated. It was a nice touch. The staff were so attentive.

Nestled in 3.5 acres of woodland in Western Scotland, Airdeny Chalets feature self-catering accommodation sitting in a garden with terrace. Free Wi-Fi, free parking and BBQ facilities are available. We stayed a couple of days on a walking holiday. There are a few nice walks in the area, but in general there are not a lot of trails. If you are into walking, check out Fearnoch Forest (access next to Angus' Garden, about a mile up the road), or walk over the ridge and to the beach via Balindore. In the village, there is a very well stocked village grocery shop with the friendliest shopkeeper in the world. Nearest serious walk is Ben Cruachan, but we did not get there. Good public transport to Oban, for a day trip.

Facing the seafront in Rothesay, St.Ebba B&B has a garden and a terrace. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the bed and breakfast free of charge. I simply love Bute and I had an amazing staying at St. Ebba B&B. Even if I stayed just for one night It was just perfect! The Ocean view It's one of the most beautiful view in Scotland. My room was big and very clean, with modern hot shower and a confy bed. The place It's just 15 minutes walking distance from the Ferry and the center of Rothesay. ...Ten minutes walking by the Ocean that were the most beautiful part of my journey! The delicius breakfast cooked from the Patron Chef was very generous and served by lovely staff members. I wanted to stay longer, but It was full booked! So, I am looking forward to coming back soon!
