Located in the heart of Cognac, Hôtel Quai des Pontis is on the banks of the Charente River. Staff were really really nice and very helpful. We had a delay and were going to be late and they sent us all information to check in and left us the keys inside our room. Breakfast was good and the location of the property is really good.
