The award-winning Restaurant Aanaar is located in Wilderness Hotel Juutua.... Excellent hotel! The view was amazing from both room and restaurant. Restaurant Aanaar is top quality restaurant and the breakfast is absolutely fantastic. I would recommend the hotel at any time of year.

The resort was exceptional. The views were out of this world especially after snowfall. We thoroughly enjoyed the private hot tub and sauna as not many places offer these.

Set in Pyhätunturi, 18 km from Amethyst Mine, Kurula's Resort offers accommodation with a private beach area, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The place was absolutely stunning. The views with the tree and frozen lake in the background were unbeatable. Big place with a nice sauna. Great price.would highly recommend to all.

42 km from Spa Water World, Levi in Muonio, Polaris Villas features accommodation with access to a sauna and hot tub. Everything was exceptional - stylish, comfortable, beautiful. Whatever you think of - you find it there from waffle maker, blender, spices, olive oil, ANY kitchen accessories or tools, bed linen, duvets. Best bed mattress I have ever slept (except home) - no back pain that I usually have after a night at any hotel. Location is amazing - in the middle of a beautiful national park. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Cahkal Hotel in Kilpisjärvi provides accommodation with a terrace, a bar and ski-to-door access. We stayed a night here, to break the long road journey from Levi to Tromso and ended up seeing the Northern lights similar to what is in their profile picture, right from the hotel! The staff were so awesome that they felt like family. The rooms were very comfortable and ours was at the end of the corridor with a big window overlooking a snow clad hill. There is a warm seating area next to the reception, with a real fire place, giving it a great vibe. A lot of activities (as much as you can expect from a 150- person tiny village) on offer around the place, which also is the NW most point of Finland and right next to the borders with Sweden and Norway too. There is a bus change at Kilpisjarvi when going to Tromso or the other way round, and the bus stops right at the hotel. Overall we couldn't find a single negative to list out. Special mention to Niila and Sari - thank you from our hearts. The spruce ice cream dessert at dinner remains the best dessert we have had traveling across EU, in the past two weeks!
