The hotel is centrally located within the city and walking distance to many of the sights. The hotel is one year old so decor and rooms are perfect and most of all clean. The bed was comfortable. I am a light sleeper and asked for a quiet room, the rooms are well sound proofed as I did not hear any other guests unless they were outside our room. The air conditioning worked perfectly as we stayed during one of the many heatwaves. Breakfast was good with a copious selection of food for all dietary requirements.

HOTEL NARCEA está situado en Santa Pola, dentro de una distancia de 21 km de Alicante Train Station y a 29 km de Alicante Golf. The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He not only booked our reservation for dinner but he also booked our taxi for the next morning. He didn't outstanding job. He also packed a picnic breakfast for the next day because we were leaving before the restaurant opened. The customer service was outstanding!
