Every team member I encountered was incredibly professional, warm and genuinely eager to help. Their attention to detail and personalised service went far beyond my expectations. My experience at the hotel was excellent! The location is in the center of old town, markets and local restaurants are nearby, walkable distance to Nile river. Staff very pleasant and helpful, clean rooms with necessary amenities. Special thanks to Ms Aya who was professional, attentive and showed genuine care during our stay and every details and her valuable feedback regarding the breakfast and beverage service to our room. Highly recommended to everyone who wants to stay in the center of old town in Cairo, Egypt.

The hotel is near the Pyramids, the view from the rooftop is very pleasant. But the most important for me is the hosting. They are very welcoming and I felt like home which is not always the case in Egypt or in a very touristic place. The team is nice and at the disposal, giving nice recommendations. The room was big for all of us (6) and clean. I recommend the stay at Sidi Hamad.
