Karina took our clean clothes and dried them for us. Their rental is immaculate and they are the sweetest couple! Friesy told us to call him any time during the remainder of our trip if we need help anywhere in Costa Rico.

You're staying in a working farm, so you can milk cows (and drink fresh milk) and see some wild animals up close, including sloth, monkey and toucans. As others mention the hummingbirds like to congregate in the garden. There is a little country store nearby with a few essentials, and the community is real and safe. Nice country walks.

Beautiful room right next to the pool. We slept very well. The pool was very refreshing and our children enjoyed playing in the lush garden. We were pleasantly surprised about the quality of the breakfast, it was delicious! Very friendly staff. Super cute and well-behaved dog. We would definitely stay here again.
