I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Bucaramanga. The location is unbeatable—everything you need is just steps away, including banks, pharmacies, clinics, shopping stores, and a great variety of restaurants. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The customer service was excellent, with staff who were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the entire facility, which made the stay feel comfortable and safe. Speaking of safety, the secure entry system added an extra layer of peace of mind. One of the highlights was the breakfast—delicious, varied, and well-prepared, a perfect way to start the day.

When you arrive after a day of flying or touring, this is exactly where you want to be! ... Also, when the front desk knew that I was looking for a taxi to the bus station, they were helpful in pairing me up with others also going where I was ultimately going, which helped me avoid the bus altogether, AND to share the cost of the ride with the others! Such a nice gesture!

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Casa 59 - Guest House is a recently renovated homestay located in Bucaramanga, 5.4 km from Acualago Water Park. Loved the huge bed, tv, hot shower and general lovely decor. A well put together and very clean place also with excellent communication from the host, who also sent a useful guide for exploring Bucaramanga. Great stay.

Situated in San Gil, Hermoso Apto - C.C San Gil Plaza offers a patio with pool and city views, as well as a year-round outdoor pool, sauna and beauty services. We had a great stay at Hermoso Apartment. The place itself was clean, bright and offered a good view of the mountains! It had all what we needed for a comfortable stay, including own parking. We didn’t have time to use the amenities on the top floor (swimming pool, sauna etc.) but they looked amazing and offered also a great view. From booking to checking out, the process was easy and quick and Olibeth, the owner, was very prompt at communicating. Thanks Olibeth for a great stay. We would definitely consider coming back!

Situated in San Gil, 36 km from Chicamocha National Park, Casa Luna Hotel Campestre & Spa features accommodation with a rooftop pool, free private parking, an open-air bath and a garden. We are afamily of 4 adult, 1 toddler, 1 dog and stayed for 6 days in 3 rooms. This family run hotel has lovely friendly and helpful Spanish speaking staff, clean, comfortable & spacious rooms, very functional, stylish and spacious common areas. Enjoyed the firepit. Especially loved cooking in the large shared kitchen that was well equipped. Easy to communicate with before arrival and during the stay when out with WhatsApp. Staff accommodated for and assisted in organising birthday celebrations. Location is 8 minutes from the main road so was very peaceful with great views across the hills and cool breezes.
