Shanghai Hongqiao Heyitang Hotel Beixinjing Subway Station Branch features a fitness centre, garden, a restaurant and bar in Shanghai. Perfect hotel, read till the end to see the big surprise. Close to everything, metro station at 5 min walk to take you directly to the airport or any other famous places to visit in Shanghai. The hotel is new, the room is big, the bed is comfortable and you are totally in the dark to sleep. There is a gym room. The staff people are all so nice and helpful, especially Johnson the Butler, they do speak English and even if they don't understand everything they will do the necessary to help. Big surprise in this hotel, you have a generous breakfast, of course, but THE THING is from 6pm to 10pm you have FREE Dining at the restaurant, unbelievable, in all of the hotels I have been it's the first one to even offer this and I hope they will continue.

Absolutely fantastic place. I have had to catch flights early in the morning or late in the evening multiple times at Shanghai Pudong airport and I always had to stay at a hotel which is not located in the airport itself. To my surprise, I decided to give it a go at the Holiday Inn and I was blown away by this hotel. It's conveniently located between terminal 1 and 2, so no need to exit the airport. The facilities are brand new, the hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are huge and they even let you "park" your trolley outside the room so you don't have to drag your luggage around when you have to catch your flight. The staff were super helpful and I was very impressed by this new hotel. I have stayed in more hotels in China than I can count and I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed in the J hotel for three nights. It was an amazing experience. It exceeds my expectations for a hotel in all aspects. I strongly believe that whoever travels to Shanghai, as long as financially capable, staying in this hotel is a must. Otherwise, the trip to Shanghai would not be considered complete, and you will regret it.
