Shanghai Hongqiao Heyitang Hotel Beixinjing Subway Station Branch features a fitness centre, garden, a restaurant and bar in Shanghai. We want to express our great gratitude to the hotel and all its employees for the prompt resolution of any questions and suggestions to improve our rest. Delicious food, friendly people around, very fast laundry service. Staff around was surprisingly helpful (during our entire stay we did not meet anyone who would not help us solve any issue), who try to help with the help of telephone interpreters, even if they do not understand you. Separately, we would like to mention our supervisor Johnson - the only employee in the hotel who ideally understood us and communicated with us in fluent English. Most of our issues were solved with his help on any day, even late at night or on those days when he had days off.

Situated in the centre of Shanghai, Atour Hotel People's Square Metro Station Shanghai is set 600 metres from Pedestrian Street of East Nanjing Rd. And 1.1 km from People's Square. Hotel was in a very good location. Close to metro. Excelent pillows. Nice staff. Room was clean.
