Lovely hotel. Right down the end of Banff Ave so away from the busy part of town, but local bus stops right outside (free bus pass is provided by the hotel) and the free ski shuttle to 3 mountains is just across the road. The hot pools were amazing, such a beautiful setting. Nice sauna, no cold plunge pool but standing outside in the snow is a quick way to cool off. Good cafe/restaurant on site. Spacious bedroom with plenty of daylight and balcony. Nice touches like a feature wall which is a map of the region and canoe shaped drawer handles.

Extremely comfortable and well thought out spaces. Very relaxing lobby area, great atmosphere, variety of seating options and pool table or board games. Staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. Underground car park with fast easy access to lobby. Thoroughly enjoyed meeting up with friend here. Bar access at one end and cafe at other. Fully recommended!

Located within 3.4 km of McMahon Stadium and 8.8 km of Crowchild Twin Arena, Alt Hotel Calgary University District offers rooms in Calgary. I had an early morning appointment at Cloudbreak so decided to stay the night at the new Alt Hotel since I've had good experiences at several of their other properties. This location is the best among all of them! Simple easy check in, beautiful room with a very comfortable bed, fantastic location in University District with ample dining options, just a great experience.

From check in to check out was very smooth. The day was very enjoyable and comfortable. I Mostly like the kindness of the staff, the decoration of the rooms and the prompt response for any request. Set in Banff, Alberta region, Peaks Hotel and Suites is situated 2 km from Cave and Basin National Historic Site. The design of this hotel is outstanding both exterior and interior. The room is well equipped (except not having working table) especially the shower with big rain and body spray. Corridor is well designed with glass panels all over to bring in sunlight and create more transparency & visibility. Art pieces are decorated here and there. It is also conveniently located in the middle of the town where most of the shops and good restaurants are. I sure will come back here next time.
