Set in Mattighofen, the recently renovated Hajdar & Merisa - Self Check-In features accommodation 35 km from Ried Exhibition Centre and 39 km from Messezentrum Exhibition Center. I stayed one night, and it was one of the best accommodations I have experienced so far. Owners provided very clear information on the location and check-in procedures with reference photos on time. Situated in Oberafiesl, 50 km from Casino Linz, Hotel AVIVA - für Singles & Alleinreisende features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. we did not know it was a "Singles" hotel but it was fine for my mother and us. People were friendly and staff was lovely and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and views were breathtaking. The forest and field/trail walks were lovely and hiking and swimming were our major pass times as well as visiting with friends. The indoor swimming pool was lovely and the outdoor pond a great plunging pond in September after a hot tub visit. Dinners were exceptional and breakfast is "healthy" with many choices. There is always a vegan/vegetarian option available.

The location is city center within walking distance to notable museums and easily reached by tram from train station to and from Linz. Public transportation and shopping is close as needed. The response time for any inquiries is speedy, helpful, and positive. The Rilke apartments vary in sizes and have been newly re-done with great care including a full-size bathroom with washer and drying rack in our small studio. It was a totally peaceful and relaxing New Year's visit!!
