The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always willing to engage in pleasant conversations to share their knowledge about the area and its attractions. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional breakfast and room service. Each morning, the delicious meals were elegantly presented in a beautiful wooden box and delivered straight to our room, setting the perfect tone for a delightful start to the day. All in all, we had an unforgettable experience at this hotel, thanks to its awe-inspiring views, clean and comfortable rooms, picturesque surroundings, and the warm hospitality of the staff. Everything seemed new and well maintained. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. The kids had a great time playing outside with the provided toys and on the playground. When the weather was less than ideal they played in the playroom, which had plenty of toys to keep them busy for hours. The free Lungau card was a nice bonus, which saved us tons of money on taking skilifts and entering swimming pools.

Das Liftplatzl is situated directly next to the Speiereck Cable Car and features an on-site ski school and a ski equipment hire. Guests enjoy a sauna and free WiFi. The staff were lovely and always offered to help. The location is excellent near the gondola and the ski room is located right next to the entrance and the ski shop. The apartment is newly decorated and clean. There was nothing missing in the apartment and they really thought of everything. The pool and sauna complex was perfect, we really enjoyed everything and would love to come back again!
