Check in was super easy. Employee even had a sample of the shower nozzle and how to work it! Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was nice. Breakfast had something for everyone. The hotel itself was in a quiet area. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located close to attractions like the Destiny USA, Carrier Dome sports stadium, the New York State Fairgrounds at the Empire Expo Center, Lakeview Amphitheater and Syracuse University.

The hotel team was very friendly, they did the best for our stay including helping with ordering food (we arrived very late), using a washing machine and dryer for free and everything with a big smile

Clean hotel, friendly staff, good location near the hiway , but very quite at night. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Very good choice if you're traveling and need to stop for break and sleep the night .

Lovely soothing ambiance with rooms (and also bungalows) wrapping around a pond and manicured garden that are said to resemble the ones Monet painted. Cozy place in your elegant grandmother's style, plush pillows and drapes, pretty rugs, spa quality toiletries, fireplace in the rooms. Great service with positive vibes, soothing music, and fragrances everywhere. Very good yoga and fitness classes, nice sauna, steam and fun outdoor hot tub. Room size was larger than expected and extremely clean. From the moment you walk into the hotel you are greeted with a smile and can see that they take pride in the hotel - absolutely amazing! For the most part the staff was great and the overall value for the money was great. Cammi who worked in the bar area was great at her job and served us very well. if in Syracuse again I will def be staying here.
