An idyllic villa on the shore of a big lake. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We used a spa option and it was great to relax and unwind in the evening. The parking lot is right near the facility.

We did not arrive until after 10pm thanks to SJ railway and the bar staff Jorgen and Rasmus were outstanding as they made a chess and meat platter for us.

The property is in the perfect location when staying in Sweden's sunny city! We stayed in the double room with lake view. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and had a luxurious feel to it. The view of the river Klarälven was stunning. The buffet breakfast was delicious and there were many options to choose from! It is central and close to most of the attractions in Karlstad! I highly recommend this hotel.

The room and bed were extremely clean and comfortable and all the food we had as part of the half board was delicious. The reception was very helpful and gave us advice on local transport. Highly recommended.
