The hotel is located in a very good location. This was my second stay in this hotel and it was always very clean, the rooms were nice and cozy. The bathroom was very clean, no moisture in the shower. The room smells, there are no unpleasant odors, you can see that they are refreshing the interior. The service in the restaurant was helpful, the breakfast was an open buffet, everyone will find something for themselves. Reception open 24/h. Large parking lot, which belongs to the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend it. See you next time 😊

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they had no trouble helping us in English when our rudimentary Polish didn't quite cut it. We lucked out in getting a double room on the 1st floor/garden side of the hotel, as these rooms all have enormous patios looking out providing serene views of the woods and Malbork castle. This proved particularly nice for enjoying a few cool brewskis after a long day of exploring the area. I strongly recommend requesting one of these rooms! The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, and included a mini-fridge and (not a guarantee in Poland) air conditioning. The buffet-style breakfast had so much to choose from that it wasn't really possible to try everything, but everything we did try was fantastic. (I was particularly fond of the coffee machine!) The dining area was constantly restocked and kept spotless. Coming from the perspective of an American who is used to the standard, crappy American hotel breakfasts, I was amazed.
