Our chalet (Kiwi) was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. There were a lot of seating opportunities as well (inside and outside). The owner was very friendly and showed us everything when we arrived. We loved the view into the garden and could see birds and other wildlife and it was very quiet even though the main street was close by. There was also a small grotto on the premise, which was quite fun, even though we scared a bat and it scared us in return.

I liked the room, the shower facilities because they have many showers and toilets, the common room is amazing with lots of games and spaces to enjoy and drink with your friends, the kitchen is super big and well equipped.

The Station House Motel is located in the charming village of Collingwood, Golden Bay NZ. It was built in 1907 and was originally the Police Station.
