This is a really great hostel located in the main town for the full "local" Mexican feel. Easy access to the excellent beach with a cheap quick taxi. Puerto Morelos is well worth a stop and this place will really look after you.

The staff - special shout out to Oliver and colleagues at the buffet, Angel at the pool bar, Yolanda at the spa and the staff cleaning rooms as well as the very helpful reception and concierge staff. The waiters in the Italian and Mexican restaurants too went above and beyond. They all took such care with our family and made our trip special. Even tracked down sun hats that we left by the pool and arranged early and late check out for us. So appreciated when travelling with a young family. Also loved the range of activities and facilities for our young children, the quality of the food, the ample sun loungers and cabanas (we were sometimes the only couple at the adult pool while our children were having fun/refusing to leave the kids club!). The seaweed was cleaned regularly from beach and plenty of cabanas and sun loungers there and great drinks and snacks service from Angel. It’s also quiet in the evenings so we could rest. Loved the turn down service and the daily immaculate room cleaning too. Kudos to the cleaning staff for this. The spa treatment we received was truly wonderful. Very professional and relaxing and such great care from Yolanda and colleagues. We just kept saying what a wonderful trip it was and have now such lovely memories to carry with us

This is a smaller resort, which to us offered a more personal touch. All members of staff we met, were friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. This was our second visit to dreams Sapphire, the first time we came it was with family, including young children. Rooms were cleaned daily and they also offer a turndown service as well. If we needed anything for the room, we just made a phone call and the items were delivered. We enjoyed our stay so much that we chose to revisit, but this time as we were travelling as a couple, we upgraded to preferred. We loved the preferred pool, especially the Bali beds. We also liked the preferred lounge in the evening, which was much cooler to sit in and wasn’t busy either, snacks/buffet items are laid out as well. There is no entertainment in there, but it is offered elsewhere. We enjoyed both visits equally.

We had the most wonderful holiday in Ocean Coral & Turquesa. Katia looked after us during our stay, introduced herself to us right at the beginning and was so helpful throughout. We regularly asked her to help us with restaurant bookings and she got us in every time! Katia often messaged to ensure we were pampered and happy; she honestly couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel itself was beautiful, very well maintained, huge choice of restaurants/bars, and the room was v luxurious. But Katia really made the trip for us!

A beautiful hotel with spotlessly clean rooms and facilities. The staff were so friendly and professional. We loved the coffee shop called Roots, as it had so much choice from dozens of coffee's, cakes and ice-creams to smoothies, juices and sandwiches. A really great spot!!! The restaurant area was also excellent and it had a great atmosphere at night. In particular we loved the oriental restaurant as the food and staff were fantastic there. We also loved the tacos by the main pool. There are actually so many pools to choose from, some with entertainment and families around them, and some in more peaceful settings for adults to relax in . Overall we had a wonderful experience in this hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend families or adult only travelers.
