From the moment we stepped into the hotel, my daughter and I were transported to a world of pure elegance and grace. One of the true highlights of our stay was the culinary journey we embarked upon at the hotel's restaurant, where we had the privilege of being dazzled by the extraordinary sushi chef, Ritchy. His artistry with sushi was a revelation, and the flavors danced on our taste buds like a symphony. In fact, it's safe to say that this dining experience was the pinnacle of our culinary adventures in Mauritius. During our stay, a minor maintenance issue cropped up in our room. However, I was absolutely astounded by the swift and professional manner in which the duty manager addressed the situation. Not only did they resolve the issue with precision and care, but they also surprised us with a gracious refund for one night's stay. This unexpected gesture of goodwill touched our hearts deeply. Hotel Le Suffren is not just a place to stay; it's a haven of exceptional hospitality and grace. The staff's dedication to ensuring their guests' happiness is nothing short of extraordinary. I am profoundly grateful for the level of care and attention we received during our stay. If you're seeking a truly enchanting experience in Mauritius, I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Le Suffren.
