The hotel was exceptionally welcoming, clean and luxurious. The rooms were very spacious and the staff really made us feel welcome. Breakfast was also very good, the hotel offered a vast selection of different cuisines, so even picky eaters could choose something to eat. Amenities at the hotel were exceptional as well.

Super experience! The hotel is conveniently located next to the harbor, within walking distance for those arriving by ferry from Hong Kong. It’s an impressive hotel—extremely clean and well-maintained. The reception staff is very welcoming and accommodating. We were celebrating a special occasion, and they kindly gave us a complimentary upgrade to a magnificent suite. It was such a memorable experience we won’t forget. The hotel is also well-situated for exploring Macau. Our recommendation is to take a taxi (bring cash); it’s not too expensive and makes getting around much easier. (Special mention to the receptionist who handwrote a beautiful card—you’re extraordinary!)

Check-in was smooth, hotel has great decor and being connected to the other hotels, shops and casinos makes it very convenient. The room itself is standard, but the hotel staff are excellent, in my opinion better than what we saw at surrounding hotels. The staff seem genuinely happy working there which is always a huge plus for me. Excellent selection for breakfast and open till late. Room service is a plus.

Very professional staff, outstanding service, good value for money, good breakfast. Special thanks to Pat and Kim and others from the main restaurant from Philippines they made our stay memorable. The staff was extremely helpful and happy to do so. They could also communicate in English efficiently. The facilities was large, clean and aesthetic. The pool had washrooms that includes saunas, hot tubs, showers, toilets and an area to get ready (which was stocked with utilities). The rooms was also extremely spacious with a city view. Overall, it’s worth staying at for the relaxing sensations and high end treatment.
