The hotel is way better than our expectation. Staff; Mr. Ou is the best. He helped us during the check in, dinner and check out. He also gave us the ticket to the Jozankei Nature Luminarie only when we mentioned that we planed to go there. The Italian dinner is great and the breakfast was also very delicious. We got the room that facing the forest and a onsen bath. The size of the onsen bath is quite large. Totally recommended.

A great breakfast and dinner buffet setup, a large room, great onsen, right where you want to be in Jozankei, there is very little to complain about! The staff are very professional and are very organized. During the buffet they guide you so you know how the flow should be and the usual chaos you see is pretty much nonexistent. The onsen facility contains both indoor and outdoor pools and both were fantastic. Right behind the hotel is a beautiful mountain view that i gorgeous in the snowtime.

The onsen on 10th floor is good! Carport is great for sheltering the car from blizzard. We bumped in to local uncle in the onsen. He said this is the last few remaining hotel that pump the hot water straight from the ground. So all the rich mineral is undiluted. Most of the hotel mix the hot water with tap water since tourists can’t handle real onsen.

modern rooms/reception space. Very comfortable bed, rooms have black out blinds which is perfect for a sleep in. The hotel was very clean and tidy with a cool vibe through the artwork and glass featuring local scenes. Jimmy checked us in/out and was super welcoming & friendly, as well as helping us with various needs during our stay. Would definitely recommend to others.

Modern, stylish hotel in the heart of Sapporo city. Walking distance to the main train station, beer museum and other attractions. The room was very nicely decorated with a record player instead of the typical hotel TV which was a nice touch. The cocktails in the bar were delicious with a Japanese twist!
