Family run boutique hotel with everything you need and more. Shuttle bus right outside. Free parking if you drive. They have a restaurant that serves a good selection of Japanese and western breakfast. They also have a reasonable priced dinner menu.

Thea room is in good size, the spring water is what i needed. The service is good. Club member seems to have free drinks at lobby, which is good.

Ms. Tsukada has been an incredible host and made us feel very comfortable before we even arrived by giving us information about the way to go to the Ryokan. Once we arrived, we were provided with the best service we ever had as well as a lot of attentions, and the food was out of this world. I cannot recommend enough to spend some time there.

It was in an amazing location. The staff were so helpful and friendly! The room was cosy and warm, storage for ski equipment and great breakfast included in the price. Daily shuttle runs to slopes included.
