The hotel is steps away from Fuchu station on Keio Line, and at least 5 large supermarkets on the ground level or one level down. Within 20 mins of walk, there are three to four more train stations, among which Fuchuhommachi is most useful. Soft comfy bed. Room is larger than the average Japanese size. Very friendly staff.

I stay at the hostel, in a individial cabin for around 12 days in March 2025. I had a good time at the hostel Tha place is pleasant, very clean and well maintained and it is really confortable. The common area is big, with many places to relax and hang aroud. The staff is really helpful and friendly. All my questions and requests were wuickly answered. i find the bed confortable. People would often consider the "faraway" location (far from central Tokyo) a setback, but actually, it was really good to take the train and get a bit far from the insanely crowded areas of the city, and zone out and relax a little bit in the many days I stayed in Japan. It was definetly a good choice and I have no regrets at all of choosing to stay at the Wild Cherry Hostel. I loved the beatiful paintind at the entrance floor (1F) by Utagawa Hiroshige. The laundry facilities inside the hostel are really nice and helpful. The Musashi-Koganei area is really good and has many good options to hang around and take relaxed walk and enjoy suburban Tokyo and food with nice places without the crazy lines you usually find in central Tokyo.. I highly recommend the Edo-Tokyo Open Air Architectural Museum. Very interesting place.

Amazing views from our room - we could see the Nishi-Shinjuku skyscrapers which we really appreciated. It gave us a genuine sense of being in Tokyo as we had imagined before our arrival. Convenient location - located in the business district of Nishi-Shinjuku, which is a peaceful and quiet location (as opposed to certain parts of Shinjuku preferred by partygoers). We were able to travel easily and comfortably to all parts of Tokyo for sightseeing, activities, restaurants or departures for daytrips. We did not hear a single noise in our room, whether from the streets outside, from the corridor or from another guest's room. A very comfortable bed. Everything was extraordinarily clean. Delightful breakfast - buffet offering a variety of western and Japanese items (incl. pancakes). Also, there is a 7 Eleven convenience store just next to the entrance in case you want to grab a sandwich for your travels or a late night drink. Hotel offers a lot of excellent amenities for free (incl. coffee and tea) Very helpful and friendly staff with a good command of English. They will arrange sending your luggage to your next location. Neat and tasteful Halloween decorations in the lobby. Overall, the hotel has very pleasant vibes, and we will surely stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku again when we return to Tokyo.
