Our stay at Relabo absolutely exceeded our expectations: we stayed 3 nights on a Superior twin room, it was large, well appointed (mulberry tea, nice ceramic cups, beautiful Japanese style teapot, Nespresso machine with coffee caps, high quality soaps, shampoo, conditioner…), and tastefully decorated. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which is a bonus. We appreciated the large windows and the view. We did not try breakfast (but will definitely do so next time) but had the Aomori winter Gastronomy menu in the restaurant on our last night and is was superb (huge congratulations to the Chef) and such excellent value for money. All the products are locally sourced, refined, with subtle taste, prepared to perfection, service is beyond friendly and professional, five stars! The onsen area is very relaxing, and we enjoyed the complimentary drinks at the Blue lounge (the BEST Jura coffee maker, various teas and 2 variaties of tasteful Aomori apple juice) with the best views. Location is also superb as it is right by the train station and yet very quiet. Highly recommended and next time we will try breakfast and some of the Spa & Yoga offerings.

I checked in around 11:30pm, and there was no problem. But, unfortunately I couldn't park my car in the hotel parking lot because it was already full when we arrived. They provided a car parking map nearby, and we could park our car cheaper than hotel parking fee. If you look around, you can find more cheaper parking lot nearby.

Super nice business hotel. Really nice bathroom and bath. Very clean. Automatic check out. Good beds. Right on main street. Lawsons on floor on bottom floor. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice big windows
