Friendly staff. Booking.com gave a better price than to book right away in the hotel. We booked with booking.com, but there was some kind of mistake. Hotel’s staff helped to solve the problem. Refunded us the difference right away. We booked 2 rooms. One of them has intensive chlorine smell. Hotel’s stuff moved us to another fresh room at once. They also gave us boiling water late at night for our drinks :)

This is one of the best hotel I’ve seen in the whole of Friuli… 2nd time there, top standards, very clean and the restaurant is also very good and relatively cheap given the quality… good choice of local wines too. Excellent breakfast.

I had requested a late check-in due to our long journey, and kindly enough, the owner or the person at the reception specially waited for us. This thoughtful gesture made a significant difference in our travel plans, and I truly appreciated their flexibility. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had upgraded us to a larger room than the one we had initially booked. The room was spacious and also clean. Another highlight was the view from our room, directly looking onto the pretty Dolomites (see room view picture). It was a sight that added an extra layer of beauty to our stay. Each morning, we enjoyed a nice breakfast that is worth the money. On one occasion, we almost overslept and arrived at the breakfast area just 10 minutes before closing time. Without knowing or asking, the staff graciously allowed us to finish our breakfast. This small act of kindness helped us starting the day well so we could continue our travel plan. We used the hotel for going to Venice and the Dolomites by car. The Wifi was good. If I am in the area again I would definitely return to this hotel!
