Everything! The facilities, the design and feels of this Hotel are beautiful. Staff is extremely professional and polite, definitely most polite staff we’ve ever come across in hotels. Eager to assist us with finding ski instructor, driving us with shuttle etc. Rooms are outstanding.

It was in a good location with a bus service going to town. The room was in a good size and bed was exceptionally comfortable. Good size of bathroom. Very good buffet breakfast, patisserie and prepping fresh every day and a good selection. The evening meal was very good and not over priced. And the bar and terrace was nice place to relax in the evening.

The location is superb - Only 5 mins walk to the center of Ortisei. The apartment is very well-finished and utterly solid. The beds are comfortable and everything was above my expectations. Wifi was also good and consistent. Nice addition of free passes for the city spa as well. Cristine was easy to contact and very hospitable. The views from the apartment up to the Seiser Alm chair lift rival anything that city center hotels have to offer at a much higher price. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Fantastic! Beautiful apartment with amazing view of Sassolungo mountain, very clean, Lara is super nice and this is a great location for a family. The bus stop is 100 m away, right to the center of Ortisei with many caffes, restaurants, lots of information at the tourist office and many cool events in the high season. Don't miss Seceda with the cable car going up nearby. Can't wait to be back.
