Great location in the city, friendly staff who speak English, room was good for the price.

Really felt like home away from home! Very pleasant stay, spotless clean, authentic and the kitchen is to die for. We have a small baby and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, we absolutely enjoyed it and can’t wait to be back!

The breakfast actually was good just usually we eat other meals, not such sweet things. Otherwise it was good. :)

Modern, efficient, well placed for an overnight stay. Great staff and facilities - air-conditioning that worked really well. Good breakfast. Great price. Convenient for the motorway. Is perfect when travelling and just need somewhere comfortable to stay.

The property is absolutely magnificent. It has all the necessary equipment, comfort and customer service you need. Shoutout to the personnel who is constantly at disposal and arranging. The restaurants both highly deserve to be tested and the breakfast is fabulous.

The facilities are accessible to everyone, including guests with disabilities, which makes the property truly inclusive. Breakfast is nothing short of excellent—fresh, varied, and served with care. The hospitable staff make you feel like a valued guest rather than just a visitor, always ready with helpful recommendations and warm conversation. Villa Roncuzzi is also brilliantly located: close to motorways, the Adriatic coast, and well-positioned for exploring Ravenna and beyond. It’s perfect for a summer getaway by the pool, but equally inviting in winter thanks to its cosy relaxation lounge. This apartment exceeded all our expectations! I would like to mention the wonderful hosts who met us and told us everything! The house is located in a secluded place, it is a small farm, a quiet and peaceful place! Apartment equipment with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Freshly renovated, everything is clean and well thought out! We were very satisfied!

Excellent place to stay. The accommodation has everything you need, is well-located and clean. Extra points for having a lift (not very common in city-centre properties in Italy). The hosts were kind and always available to help. I 100% recommend it and would love to go back.
