Stunning Hotel in a great location. Wonderful staff with excellent communication. Beautiful pool area surrounded by lovely gardens and mature trees. On arrival we were welcomed by Federica who checked us in and provided a lovely cold drink - this was very much appreciated as it was a hot day! We were upgraded to a larger room with a separate bedroom and lounge area - a lovely surprise! The accommodation was absolutely gorgeous! Breakfast was delicious - eggs made to order as well as pancakes and various other hot options. The buffet offered yoghurt, cereal, cold meats, fruit juice cakes and fresh fruit. Coffee made to order. A lovely way to start the day. Staff provide funicular tickets and organise the luggage porter service if required. Federica was amazing - offering her assistance and providing information on the ferry as we we were unsure if the ferries would be cancelled due to the weather. This was very reassuring and made for a relaxing stay on Capri. Thank you so much Federica. Everything was amazing - a lovely tranquil oasis on Capri!

Our Concierge Annalaura was amazing! They upgarated our room like a compliment. She organized all our program and reservations perfectly. The Hotel exceeded my expectations so much! Luxury facilities, classy environment. Boutique place with style. Much better that other 5 star hotels in the island. The staff was super attentive, nice and friendly. Good dinner menu and amazing wine list.

My partner and I had the best experience from landing in Naples to departing, our transfers were seamless. ALL staff were so happy, friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel arranged a boat trip for us with less than 24hours notice and it was one of the best experiences of our lives. The breakfasts were delicious and the cocktails were naughty! We will defiantly be coming back to stay at La Palma and have not stopped recommending this stunning hotel to our friends and family.

We arrived early in the morning at around 10 am. At checkin we were directly invited for coffee and pastry. Our room was not ready yet but the manager gave us an upgrade that we could directly go into our room. The villa is beautiful. Great garden and pool area. The personal was really friendly. For breakfast you can order out of a menu and get pastry and bread on the side. You can order how much you like and get fresh juice. The coffee and breakfast was excellent and we will definitely come back. 10/10 recommendation. We even got gifted an umbrella since it was raining.

It is a stunning hotel in a fantastic location. The service is great, with a very friendly staff and always wiling to please you. The breakfast is so yummy and fresh, with lots of fruits, many types of cheeses and pastries. Although the pool is not very big the water is warm and relaxing.
