The home and the location was wonderfull. Our 3 year old son is normally scared of dogs but he loved Mowi and Katla. He played every day with them. The dogs are so friendly to childeren and we enjoyed their company so much. Thank you Heima Holiday Homes for a great stay! I would recomment this place to everyone.

Looks way better than in photos. Lovely place in nature. Shared kitchen is spacious, clean, with all the needed kitchenware. Host is extremely friendly. Loved it!

Very clean hotel and very good beds!! Super comfortable! The hotel is very near restaurants and has parking space, event charging poles for EVs. Breakfast was okay, can be improved, but the selection is sufficient. 💕

The property is absolutely unique as well as authentic and the decoration everywhere is super cool and gives a homey vibe. The dinner was delicious and felt like a family affair. Everyone was so kind and nice. We really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend staying here!

I have booked Eldhestar for the second year in a row now and like lat year, everything was perfect. Maybe even better. The staff was really helpful, they also printed the boarding passes for my return flight. I also booked a dinner with them and the food was really good. It is a perfect place if you are seeking for Aurora. It is best to drive 30 minutes away in more remote area if you are willing to have more professional photos. There are some lights in a northern part of the hotel, but nothing too bright. Every cell phone captured the northern lights. The rooms are quite spacious. If my wallet will allow me, I will be returning again this year.

My wife and I had a poor start on our vacation in Iceland. However, Varmi Guesthouse Apartments saved our situation. The apartment was fantastic cosy decorated, clean and very functional. In the morning the host gave us a lift back to the airport in Keflavík in order to solve our issue, a drive of 190 km in total. I had to insist paying for the fuel. This place is very recommendable.

The Greenhouse hotel has 7 restaurants and a bar in its food hall, Icelandic designer stores, Icecream and a local food market.
