I recently had the pleasure of staying Shanasheel Palace Hotel for the 2nd time that went above and beyond in terms of hospitality and service. Not only were the accommodations top-notch, but the staff truly went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and helpful attitude of the staff. In fact, when I checked in, they asked me to check several rooms and select the one that I liked best - a level of personal attention that I had never experienced before. One particular experience that stands out in my mind was when we had to catch an early morning flight and requested an early breakfast. The hotel's usual breakfast hours were from 7:00 am onwards, but the staff were kind enough to accommodate our request and provided us with a delicious breakfast at 5:00 am. It was not just cold breakfast package; The breakfast itself was truly exceptional - a wide variety of freshly baked goods, fruits, juices, and hot dishes that were all beautifully presented and tasted absolutely delicious. But what really made this experience special was the fact that the staff were so accommodating and willing to go out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The exceptional service and hospitality we received during our stay really made all the difference, and I will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in Baghdad. If you're looking for a hotel that truly cares about its guests and goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable, this is the place for you!
