**Exceptional Stay at Ramada Katra** We recently stayed at Ramada Katra for a family leisure trip, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all modern amenities, ensuring maximum comfort for our stay. The serene ambiance of the hotel, coupled with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, added a special touch to our trip. The hotel’s proximity to key attractions made our visit even more convenient. The shuttle service to the Vaishno Devi base was seamless and well-organized, which we greatly appreciated. Overall , Ramada Katra exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s a perfect choice for families looking for comfort, luxury, and a memorable experience. First-time visitors. Familes from NZ and India. We booked 3 rooms (2 family and 1 deluxe). Rooms - very spacious, great decor, and super clean and super comfy beds, amenities, our stay, staff, services, and food - Everything was awesome!! We really had a great time with in-room dining service as well, especially all the kids in the family enjoyed a lot. Restaurant manager Vimal and his team (Vishal, Devraj, Khemlata, Anju, Rahul, Rohit) really were very courteous and welcoming.Great food and menu with lot of options to cater to everyone's palettes in restaurant and in-room dining service. This is now our go-to hotel for every visit to Katra. I would highly recommend the Fortune Park to everyone visiting Katra. Thanks to the hotel and its staff, it was a fab experience and stay! 🙂 Just an FYI - if you got overseas credit/debit cards, then they will not work in J & K and most other places in India. Better you keep cash or set up Indian digital payment apps on your phone (Paytm, Phonepe, etc.), which are far more advanced than any other cards or payment systems overseas.

Our stay at Vivanta Katra has been VERY SPECIAL for many reasons. The surroundings are tranquil and serene. The hotel has a unique ambiance which allows you to soak up the experience of being so close to the sacred Bhavan. Although we travelled alone as a family of four from UK, each staff member went the extra mile to make us feel relaxed, informed, nourished and supported in a very professional manner. Our taxi driver Tarsem helped us with the logistics; Vaishali In reception coordinated everything and ensured that our needs were met, for example interconnecting rooms; Sandeep and the amazing Chef provided a sophisticated & tasty dining experience; we had rejuvenating massage after the yatra from the spa. Our teenage boys enjoyed the pool and games room. We spent quality family time together and made lots of memories.

Marriot hotel and spa in Katra is amazing. The service as soon as we arrived was perfect and they accommodated some changes to our room. I must give a special mention to the food and the restaurant team. Vishal and all the chefs made such a wonderful buffet selection and the waiting staff were also great. I would recommend this as a place to stay especially if you are visiting Vaishno Devi. Thank you for a lovely stay
