Perfect location, staff were lovely. Chamber and reception staff were exceptional. Weekend staff in dining room were not as attentive as the week day staff who were excellent even though there were only two people on. Breakfast was just okay, adequate for our needs but half way through our stay we went off the fried food - there were plenty of choices but I would have preferred more fruit choices. Lovely swimming pool, sauna and steam room but spa wasnt working unfortunately. Close to Waterford and Tramore, lots of local restaurants, bars and shops within a short drive so we were very happy and would definitely return.

Everyone is so friendly everyone wants to help you and the people around here are pretty sociable. The view from the hotel is gorgeous and the food is pretty good. I really recommend this hotel because it is one of my favourites so far.

Everything was excellent. Our family had an emergency and the hotel staff was amazing at helping to sort it out. Many thanks to Pawel who was at the reception.

The host was super helpful and friendly. I usually stay at the Travelodge just down the road but they didn't have the dates I required. I am very happy they didn't as this B&B was in my opinion much better in terms of comfort and value for money. The rooms have just been refurbished to a very high standard , the power showers were great and the location was perfect for me visiting a sick relative at the regional hospital. I had to do some work while there and the wi-fi connection was great. It's a 10/10 from me.
