We've checked-in at 9:30pm coming from Heathrow Airport to pick-up my sister, upon checking in, we've been greeted by Sydelle with her big smile and welcoming presence. The check in was smooth, easy and was a very pleasant experience with Sydelle being kind and courteous the whole time. She was considerate to the situation of the long journeys my sister took and was very polite and want to thank her for such a wonderful welcome and her professionalism. Clean, relaxed, family friendly environment. The staff was just lovely: we felt well taken care of as any of our need was fulfilled with a smile. The restaurant is superb and their food is supplied from local farms. Not only that, but the service was unbelievably fast and our dinner was prepared with extra care. The location itself is stunning, and the well tended garden also has huge trees. It is also close to a few small supermarkets. Thanks Angie and the rest of the people at the hotel!

Everything was brilliant! We loved the surroundings, the room was very spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and plenty of storage space. The windows looked out into an internal garden that was lovely. There is a lovely walk that you can take from the hotel, around a lake, and back. Even the neighbors are very friendly and will greet you along the way! I can't praise this place enough, the food at the restaurant was fantastic, and well-priced too! It was a perfect all-round experience.
